How Complete Commercial Cleaning Consultants Was Born

For over 20 years, our commercial cleaning division “ Complete Commercial Cleaning” has built lasting client relationships in central Arkansas. We have retained clients over 15 years, something rare in commercial janitorial services in Little Rock. Even when new management let us go, they often called us back after realizing no one matched our Complete full-service quality and pricing.

The real eye-opener was what happened after we left. Facilities that tried in-house cleaning or switched providers declined rapidly. Some kept us for window cleaning and exterior maintenance, giving us a front-row seat to how fast interior cleanliness deteriorates without proper upkeep. Many buildings eventually required full renovations due to years of neglect.

We saw the same issue when hired for one-time deep cleans—areas we restored would decline within days due to gaps in daily maintenance. It wasn’t a lack of effort; it was a lack of training. One day, an employee approached us, realizing their cleaning attempts were doing more harm than good. To our surprise, they were a manager—and they asked us to train their entire staff.

After training we sat down with management detailing gaps in chemicals & supplies in addition to other information that they were delighted to learn. At that moment, Complete Commercial Cleaning & Consulting was born.

Through years of consulting, we noticed a common trend: facilities often had some of the right equipment but lacked essential tools. Sales reps pushed what they had in stock, not necessarily what was best for the facility. Without proper products and training, even the hardest-working staff struggled to maintain lasting cleanliness.

Unlike competitors focused on short-term contracts, we have built a reputation for quality and consistency. Sometimes, that meant thinking outside the box to create a truly pristine environment. Now, through consulting, we help in-house teams achieve the same high standards—keeping facilities clean, well-maintained, and inspection-ready for the long run.
